Quotes are for estimated shipping cost only. Oversize/ overweight limits may incur an additional charge. Clavinova and Arius pianos do not qualify for free shipping. In the case of shipping charge changes NW Music will contact customer for approval via email before processing payment. 

Media mail qualifies for music books and sheet music only. NW Music reserves the right to change the shipping method when USPS is selected.

Shipper's regulations may require customer signature and/or physical ID upon receipt of orders over a specific dollar amount.
